An editor at a company magazine asked Rhea to give individual coaching to a staff member.

 

Result

Rhea worked with the coachee to understand what was needed from the training and built a custom course around that. Rhea and the coachee worked on matters of organization and structure, and they used the reverse outline as a tool for editing.
